About The Position

The Manager, Product Management will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Granicus’ content management systems serving government and destination marketing customers. It balances customer needs, platform modernization, market differentiation, commercial outcomes, and responsible adoption of emerging technologies. This is a hands-on, customer-oriented product leadership role. The manager will prototype concepts, workflows, and experiences; validate ideas with customers; and work with engineering and design to refine promising concepts into production-ready products. The role involves regular engagement with customers, prospects, and customer-facing teams to understand their goals, workflows, constraints, and expectations, then translate those insights into product strategy and measurable customer and business outcomes.
