Manager, Product Management - People Data Hub
About The Position
As a Manager, Product Manager on Capital One’s People Data Hub team, you will scale a newly launched executive experience that transforms complex HR data into organizational insights for senior leaders. You will drive customer engagement and adoption, expand the experience offerings, apply sound judgment, and ensure strict security for sensitive enterprise information. Working closely with engineering teams, you will refine the data foundation and design intuitive, consumer-grade experiences that help leaders address critical business and people objectives. The role follows Capital One’s Product Framework, which emphasizes human-centered product solutions, business outcomes and execution, technology-driven value, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership through cross-functional collaboration and organizational alignment.
Requirements
- Currently has, or is pursuing with the required degree expected by the scheduled start date, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing; listed quantitative fields include Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
