The Offers Platform powers personalized offer experiences for both current and prospective customers across every stage of the Capital One journey. We are currently modernizing our technology to deliver real-time, personalized interactions at an enterprise scale. As a Product Manager, you will shape data products and scale the delivery of experiences to both internal clients and our customers. General areas of responsibilities: Vision & Strategy: Contribute to the product vision, road mapping, goal setting, and product roll-out strategies. Customer Advocacy: Continually drive to understand customer needs, ensuring they remain the central focus during prioritization and trade-off discussions. Discovery & Innovation: Develop customer research, prototyping, and "test and learn" agendas, focusing on building MVP experiences to validate hypotheses. Technical Leadership: Direct world-class software engineers to design, deliver, and sustain functionalities that enable real-time, personalized experiences. Agile Execution: Lead grooming activities, specifically defining and writing product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and customer experiences. Stakeholder Management: Build strong feedback loops with leaders and stakeholders managing the downstream processes that depend on our platform’s performance.
