About the Team As the Product Manager on the AML Investigation Platforms team, you will join a mission-critical group within the Second Line of Defense dedicated to protecting our customers and brand. Our team supports all Lines of Business by building the investigation products used to detect financial crimes. We are executing a multi-year modernization strategy to transition from legacy systems to a unified, cloud-native platform. Our mission is to consolidate complex data into a seamless experience that empowers over 1,600 investigators to resolve high-priority events with speed and accuracy. In this role, you will lead the evolution of platforms handling over one million annual alerts. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will leverage advanced modeling and intelligent automation to eliminate manual inefficiencies and streamline data collection across disparate systems. You will ensure our tools meet the highest regulatory standards while reimagining the investigation experience to proactively manage risk and Change Banking for Good. Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
