About The Position

Ondaro is seeking a senior advisory level, high-performing, results-oriented leader to assist clients in adopting and adapting Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Enterprise Architecture (EA) best practices. The goal is to ensure the most efficient and effective way of implementation, maximizing return on investment. The ideal candidate will possess a broad and deep understanding of business and financial process concepts, be able to drive the development of solutions to problems, and have extensive experience across various industries and environments. This role will also involve managing the SPM/EA business process consulting team.

Requirements

  • Strong consulting experience with increasing responsibility in delivery and client engagement
  • Ability to manage client relationships and influence stakeholders across business and IT
  • Expert level understanding of consulting financials and project delivery dynamics
  • Expert level experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules (e.g., Demand, Project/Portfolio, Resource, Financials, Agile, etc.)
  • Ability to translate business needs into platform requirements in collaboration with technical teams
  • Experience applying SPM best practices in real-world environments
  • 8–10+ years of experience in program/project management or related roles
  • 5+ years of consulting or professional services experience
  • 3–5+ years working with the ServiceNow platform
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience
  • Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Background in business process design, capability mapping, and organizational change management
  • Working knowledge of enterprise-wide digital transformation strategies delivering measurable business impact
  • Demonstrates leadership qualities such as authenticity, resilience, curiosity, and the ability to inspire vision and purpose
  • Excels at communication and stakeholder management, simplifying complex ideas and building strong relationships
  • Brings a strategic mindset, anticipating future opportunities and translating them into actionable strategies
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and drive alignment
  • High level of professionalism, adaptability, and curiosity
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • SPM-CIS and Enterprise Architecture Delivery Accreditation are required
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with financial management and business case development is a plus
  • Certifications such as PMP, CSM, ITIL, TOGAF, or other ServiceNow certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide senior advisory level leadership in SPM and EA to guide client strategy and implementation
  • Lead or support business process workshops, including process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis
  • Translate business requirements into clear direction for delivery teams to ensure successful solution outcomes
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout engagements
  • Support resolution of client issues and ensure overall project success
  • Contribute to and oversee key deliverables such as process documentation, user stories, roadmaps, and training
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to client expectations
  • Analyze business operations and recommend improvements based on industry best practices
  • Help clients maximize value from ServiceNow SPM & EA
  • Partner with ServiceNow SPM & EA Product teams on pre-release product feedback and testing
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Business Process Consultants
  • Support performance management, coaching, career development, and client escalations
  • Promote continuous learning, including certifications and skill development
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team environment
  • Assist in pre-sales activities including demos, solutioning, and RFP responses
  • Support development of estimates, scopes, and statements of work (SOWs)
  • Contribute to practice development, thought leadership, and marketing initiatives (e.g., webinars, events)
