About The Position

We are looking for a Manager, Pricing to work cross functionally to drive revenue through the implementation of short to mid term pricing tactics, as well as deliver large scale capital programs, from conception to launch and post implementation PIR. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders through the GTM and product launch lifecycle, ensuring the pricing of products remains accurate and competitive. This role will focus on managing pricing strategy and supporting key product developments and program delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience in Pricing, marketing, IT projects or strategy roles; background in telecommunications or Connected Home is an asset.
  • Comfortable preparing and presenting proposals to senior leaders; strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Solid analytical and financial skills, with the ability to interpret data and support business case development.
  • Understanding of recurring revenue business models and how pricing impacts customer lifecycle and profitability.
  • Comfortable working with deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Able to build and maintain effective working relationships across various teams and departments.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in Agile working environment, working on large scale projects
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, Jira, or SAS is helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end planning, development, and national rollout of pricing initiatives for Rogers’ residential services, ensuring alignment with market strategy, revenue targets, and competitive positioning.
  • Drive cross-functional execution of pricing initiatives by partnering with Product, IT Solution and Development team, Finance, Legal, Marketing teams and Sales to ensure accurate system builds, streamlined go-to-market activities, and seamless customer experience at launch.
  • Work in an Agile Marketing environment with multiple key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and documenting project requirements, business cases and pricing proposals, presenting through formal governance forums and influencing decision-making with data-driven recommendations.
  • Socialize the Connected Home pricing roadmap, ensuring visibility and alignment with strategic planning cycles, priorities, and long-term product evolution.
  • Conduct post-launch performance reviews, leveraging financial and operational data to assess program effectiveness, identify risks or gaps, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Ensure pricing structures comply with legal, regulatory, and operational policies, proactively mitigating risks and enabling clean, audit-ready pricing deployments.
  • Support the development of forward-thinking pricing strategies by building robust financial models and scenario analyses.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the Connected Home pricing strategy, by bringing together customer insights, competitive intelligence, and internal performance data.
