About The Position

The Manager Pricing Intelligence & Process Automation leads discovery, requirements definition, and commercialization of end-to-end automation and data intelligence solutions for the Pricing Intelligence & Process Automation team. The role partners with Pricing, Sales, Supply Chain, and IT/Data stakeholders to standardize processes across business units, turn business needs into functional and technical requirements, and drive adoption of standardized dashboards and automated workflows that improve cycle time, automation coverage, pricing execution, and margin outcomes. The role owns solution commercialization from concept through go-live, including stakeholder alignment, change-impact planning, communications, training, documentation, and adoption measurement. It leads requirements gathering, process mapping, workflow and reporting specifications, KPI standardization, testing, release readiness, and post-implementation practices. The position is based in Dallas, Texas, and includes occasional travel to offsite locations.
