About The Position

The Manager, Premium & Group Sales will be responsible for strategically maximizing the sale of all event, group and premium inventory. This role involves overseeing the daily execution of premium sales & group sales for T-Mobile Center, including Founders Club memberships, premium+, event sales, and group inventory. The manager will attract, mentor, and manage a team of sales-minded individuals, championing a positive culture through team building, professional development, and innovative techniques. Collaboration with TMC Sales Executives and promoters is key to executing sales strategies, meeting goals, and driving group ticket revenue. The role also includes developing ticket sales strategies and campaigns, creating and implementing training initiatives, mentoring the sales team, and utilizing CRM for performance tracking and analysis. Participation in planning meetings for cross-departmental revenue opportunities and assisting with budget and business plan creation are also essential. Proactive new business solicitation through calls, presentations, events, and prospecting is required, along with daily revenue tracking and communication of sales team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily execution of premium sales & group sales for T-Mobile Center (Founders Club memberships, premium+, event sales, group inventory)
  • Attract, mentor, and manage a team of sales-minded individuals.
  • Champion a positive culture through team building, professional development, and innovative techniques
  • Collaborate with TMC Sales Executives to execute sales strategy to meet and exceed premium department goals.
  • Work with promoters to develop sales strategies to drive group ticket revenue to benefit building relationships.
  • Develop ticket sales strategies and campaigns to maximize the sales of premium seating.
  • Create and implement training initiatives to increase sales rep productivity and elevate overall sales team performance.
  • Mentor and assist the sales team with their outbound cold calling efforts and new business client meetings.
  • Work to create dashboards and virtual CRM reports to manage and track campaign performance and sales rep productivity.
  • Analyze historical and current ticket sales data and performance metrics to determine future calling campaigns and new lead sources for the sales team.
  • Participate in planning meetings to discuss cross-departmental revenue opportunities and collaborate with other team members to support and further the sales department goals.
  • Assist in the creation and management of the ticket sales budget and business plan.
  • Proactively solicit new business by making sales calls, creating presentations, leading sales events and engaging in new client prospecting.
  • Responsible for daily revenue tracking, campaign management and the regular communication of sales team performance to the Legends and client’s leadership team.
