The Manager, Premium & Group Sales will be responsible for strategically maximizing the sale of all event, group and premium inventory. This role involves overseeing the daily execution of premium sales & group sales for T-Mobile Center, including Founders Club memberships, premium+, event sales, and group inventory. The manager will attract, mentor, and manage a team of sales-minded individuals, championing a positive culture through team building, professional development, and innovative techniques. Collaboration with TMC Sales Executives and promoters is key to executing sales strategies, meeting goals, and driving group ticket revenue. The role also includes developing ticket sales strategies and campaigns, creating and implementing training initiatives, mentoring the sales team, and utilizing CRM for performance tracking and analysis. Participation in planning meetings for cross-departmental revenue opportunities and assisting with budget and business plan creation are also essential. Proactive new business solicitation through calls, presentations, events, and prospecting is required, along with daily revenue tracking and communication of sales team performance.
