About The Position

The Manager, Premium & Group Sales will be responsible for strategically maximizing the sale of all event, group and premium inventory. This role involves overseeing the daily execution of premium sales & group sales for T-Mobile Center, including Founders Club memberships, premium+, event sales, and group inventory. The manager will attract, mentor, and manage a team of sales-minded individuals, championing a positive culture through team building, professional development, and innovative techniques. Collaboration with TMC Sales Executives is key to executing sales strategies to meet and exceed premium department goals. The role also involves working with promoters to develop sales strategies that drive group ticket revenue and benefit building relationships, as well as developing ticket sales strategies and campaigns to maximize the sales of premium seating. Creating and implementing training initiatives to increase sales rep productivity and elevating overall sales team performance are crucial. The manager will mentor and assist the sales team with outbound cold calling efforts and new business client meetings, and work to create dashboards and virtual CRM reports to manage and track campaign performance and sales rep productivity. Analyzing historical and current ticket sales data and performance metrics to determine future calling campaigns and new lead sources for the sales team is also a key responsibility. Participation in planning meetings to discuss cross-departmental revenue opportunities and collaboration with other team members to support and further the sales department goals are expected. Assisting in the creation and management of the ticket sales budget and business plan, and proactively soliciting new business by making sales calls, creating presentations, leading sales events, and engaging in new client prospecting are also part of the role. The manager will be responsible for daily revenue tracking, campaign management, and the regular communication of sales team performance to leadership.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and various ticketing systems.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university.
  • Proven leadership experience in a sales environment including coaching, mentoring, hiring, training, and performance management.
