About The Position

ProSkill Services is seeking a Plumbing Department Manager to lead the operations of its plumbing division. The manager will ensure high-quality job execution, lead and develop the team, and drive departmental profitability, revenue, customer satisfaction, and growth. This is an in-person position based in Anthem, Arizona, with a planned move to N 19th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85027. The role includes a competitive salary and performance-based bonuses, along with the opportunity to build and grow a new department within an established company.

Requirements

At least 5 years of management experience in the plumbing industry.
A proven track record of managing teams and driving results.
Strong hands-on experience in residential plumbing.
A solid understanding of budgeting and profit-and-loss management.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and address challenges efficiently.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
