About The Position

The Manager, Philanthropy and Donor Relations Administration provides executive-level administrative and donor-strategy coordination for the Chief Philanthropy Officer and partners with Philanthropy Operations on reports, data quality, CRM documentation, and pipeline processes. The Chief Philanthropy Officer sets the position’s overall priorities and evaluates performance. The Senior Manager of Philanthropy Operations provides functional direction for CRM practices, donor reporting, data standards, and pipeline-review processes. The role supports the Chief Philanthropy Officer’s donor and leadership engagements; assists with donor research, profiles, briefings, strategy materials, meeting preparation, and CRM documentation; coordinates donor-strategy and pipeline-review meetings; and helps maintain approved donor records and shared operational resources. It also coordinates department meetings and selected initiatives, prepares meeting materials and action trackers, and provides administrative support for campaigns, donor engagement activities, and leadership priorities. United Way of Greater Charlotte describes its work as investing in economic mobility and partnering with ALICE families and communities to build financial stability and equal access to opportunity.
