About The Position

You'll lead the heartbeat of our parts operation—making sure the right parts are in the right place at the right time. Your leadership will keep our warehouse running smoothly, support our service teams, and deliver the kind of customer experience people remember. This role is about more than inventory—it’s about building a team, solving problems, and keeping our customers up and running.

Requirements

• 5+ years of parts or warehouse experience, with leadership or supervisory responsibility
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and confidence working with systems, data, and processes
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and build trust
• A hands-on approach with the ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support parts and warehouse team members, building a safe, accountable, and high-performing environment
• Oversee daily operations including front counter sales, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and parts flow to service teams
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, stock management, and vendor coordination while improving processes along the way
• Drive parts growth by supporting customer needs, strengthening relationships, and ensuring timely, reliable service
