HITRUST is seeking a Manager of Partner Programs to support the day-to-day execution, enablement, and growth of its assessor and reseller ecosystem. This role will serve as a key connection point between HITRUST and its partners, ensuring they are informed, aligned, engaged, and equipped to represent HITRUST effectively. The ideal candidate is an experienced partner programs professional who can improve consistency, scalability, and partner engagement. This role involves managing core partner relationships, supporting education and enablement, assisting with reseller activation, improving partner communications, and strengthening operational discipline. Success requires strong execution, excellent communication, commercial awareness, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Operations, and other internal teams.
