Manager - Parenting Partnership Program
About The Position
The Manager is responsible for clinical oversight, staff management, financial administration, regulatory compliance, and continual enhancement of service delivery consistent with MultiCare/MBHN values and mission. The Manager’s accountabilities also include program development, implementation, evaluation/monitoring along with creating an environment of hope, safety, enthusiasm, compassion and recovery. Licensed Managers may use their licensure to provide licensure supervision to employees seeking license hours in their field, supervise interns, as well as oversee services provided to clients with commercial insurance plans.
Requirements
- Master’s degree required
- A Mental Health Professional as defined within HB 1724
- One of these higher credentials: Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), SW Advanced Lic (LASW), SW Independent Clinical Lic (LICSW)
- Drivers License/Abstract
- Five (5) years of experience working in a mental/behavioral health capacity serving children, adolescent or adults
- Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity
