About The Position

Manager Outside Sales MMM Holdings- Puerto Rico North West Region is a field-based role that enables associates to primarily operate in the field, traveling to client sites or designated locations as their role requires, with occasional office attendance for meetings or training. This approach ensures flexibility, responsiveness to client needs, and direct, hands-on engagement. This role will be traveling along the North West region of Puerto Rico. MMM Holdings, LLC is a company that provides Medicare Advantage and Medicaid plans in Puerto Rico. Currently, MMM Holdings, LLC operates in Puerto Rico under Elevance Health, Inc. a leading health company dedicated to improving the quality of life of communities in the United States. Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS in marketing or related discipline and minimum of 2 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Fully bilingual required.
  • Requires sales license(s).

Nice To Haves

  • Previous leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in sales analysis strongly preferred.
  • Healthcare sales experience preferred.
  • Sales license issued by the "Health Insurance Commissioner's Services of Puerto Rico" strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Reviews and creates sales reports and discusses the projections with internal stakeholders as well as team members.
  • Submits action plans to meet sales goals and targets.
  • Develops relationships with and acts as liaison to the communities, government, and private entities.
  • Ensures that the provider marketing and sales efforts are being accomplished.
  • Completes ride alongs and provides necessary feedback.
  • Learns new regulations, policies and procedures and keeps updated on information related to Compliance and educates sales team.
  • Ensures compliance to necessary licensing requirements.
  • Travels to offsite locations.
  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
