The role of Manager, Operations Process Owner – Digital Cheque Processing (DCP) focuses on Project Management, Operational Excellence, and Payment Processing. The manager will lead timely project oversight, process ownership, and risk and controls management for Digital Cheque Processing as part of RBC’s Payments and Trades Operations (PTO). PTO is accountable for 50+trillion dollars of transactions each year and is a highly dynamic segment. This role is responsible for managing operational processes, while enhancing efficiency, identifying productivity opportunities, and reducing risk. The manager will lead transformational changes over multi-year time horizons through the implementation of next generation optimization and automation technologies, artificial intelligence, advanced reporting and analytics. Success is delivering transformational changes that achieves measurable improvements in process efficiency, operator productivity, operational risk reduction, as well as client and employee satisfaction.
