About The Position

The Digital Process Manager provides technical direction to team members supporting Kroger's digital merchandising and data quality objectives. This role involves supporting best practices for item setup and enhancing the customer's digital experience. It is a hybrid position requiring at least two days per week in the Corporate Office based on the team's schedule. The manager will plan and coordinate tasks, provide feedback and direction to team members, execute eCommerce item setup, manage the Not Good to Order Report, monitor system issues, and collaborate with various internal and external teams including Kroger Technology and Digital, Syndigo, Salsify, and 1WorldSync for system support and testing. The position also involves representing PL Marketing professionally with Kroger and suppliers and assisting with special projects.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree or equivalent education and experience
  • Proficient Microsoft office applications including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Capacity to learn multiple computer systems and web-based applications
  • Understanding of Kroger eCommerce item setup
  • Strong leadership, coaching and management skills
  • Capability to collaborate with others and contribute effectively to a team
  • Expert organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to effectively craft and deliver a message to senior level executives
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, prioritize and multi-task

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate tasks to ensure accurate and on-time completion.
  • Report any concerns to the Senior Manager
  • Provide ongoing feedback and direction to team members
  • Execute eCommerce item setup responsibilities between internal teams and suppliers
  • Take responsibility for the Not Good to Order Report and ensure submissions are happening to remediate those items
  • Monitor system issues and open tickets/work with Kroger Technology and Digital for resolution
  • Monitor shared inbox with the analyst to ensure timely responses
  • Work with data quality, item setup, merchandising teams and suppliers
  • Work with Kroger Technology and Digital Team, Syndigo, Salsify, and 1WorldSync for system support and testing
  • Professionally and effectively represent PL Marketing with members of the Kroger company and suppliers.
  • Assisting in any special projects as needed
