Process Manager
About The Position
We are seeking a technical expert and leader to join a global leader in electronic technology as a Process Engineer. This role involves leading the day-to-day evolution of injection molding operations within a manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will report directly to the Plant Manager and be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of injection molding processes, with an emphasis on setting standards rather than just following them. The position offers an opportunity to work with a collaborative team in a premier location, supported by the resources of an industry-leading global organization.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in injection molding or extrusion processes.
- A deep understanding of mold setups, tool work, and the implementation of manufacturing strategies.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, prioritize complex workflows, and inspire a team to exceed KPIs.
- Proficiency in MS Project and a firm grasp of change management and fact-based problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Direct tool repairs, PM operations, and changeovers to eliminate downtime and maximize quality.
- Lead the IQ, OQ, PQ process and DOE runs for new tooling, ensuring the company stays at the cutting edge of electronic technology.
- Champion Lean and Six Sigma principles to drive cost reductions and safety improvements.
- Mentor and coach a high-performing team, fostering an environment of constructive input and professional growth.
