About The Position

As a Process Manager you will lead a team to ensure continued operation along with process improvements are achieved for future growth at the Talladega, AL metal processing plant. Every day as the Process Manager you will... Motivate your team of associates to achieve key performance metrics related to safety, quality, productivity and profitability. Collaborate with others in plant to ensure the production plan matches customer demand. Verify your leadership team has everything they need to succeed. Observe the current state of affairs in the plant to identify where we can do better now. Look to the future and identify what can be done now to perform better and develop the plan to get there.
