Requirements
- Proven experience in managing operational projects, including planning, execution, and resource allocation.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Effective communication abilities to engage stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated accountability in driving project results and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Expertise in developing and improving operational processes and tools to enhance business efficiency.
- Ability to lead teams by providing mentorship, training, and performance feedback.
- Adaptability to manage multiple priorities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
