The Manager on Duty will be responsible for assisting in the oversight of gym operations to ensure the club is successful. Hours include both weekdays and weekends as this position rotates weekends with CLUB Assistant General Managers. The Manager on Duty is involved in all front desk related activities including: answering phones, checking members into the system, new member sign-up, taking prospective members on tours, and facilitating all member requests, issues, and questions. This role also assists in overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility, ordering supplies within a specific budget, and tracking statistics and reports.
