The City of Lenexa Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a Manager on Duty for the Thompson Barn. This role provides concierge-style services for event rentals at Thompson Barn, the Old Town Activity Center, and City Hall. The Manager on Duty serves as the primary contact for event clients, ensuring a seamless rental experience by assisting with setup logistics, technology needs, facility access, and general venue supervision. The position is year-round, part-time, working 10 to 25 hours per week, with flexibility required for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on city event schedules. The primary working location is Thompson Barn, with occasional assignments at the Old Town Activity Center, City Hall, and City Special Events venues.
