This role is responsible for leading operations and serving as the primary point of contact with clients during their shift periods. The Manager on Duty will interact with traveling passengers and airport employees regarding complaints or suggestions, and will perform complaint investigations in coordination with the Customer Service/Quality Assurance Department. This position also assists the Safety Department with accident investigations, coordinates with the Operations Manager and Safety Manager for safety meetings and distributing safety information, and coordinates Special Moves for BCAD. The role is responsible for quality control in all operations areas, disciplinary actions, and responding to service complaints, escalating as necessary. The Manager on Duty must possess the ability to improvise in any situation and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically generating reports in Excel. Other duties as assigned.
