As the Manager of Wholesale at Splitero, you will lead and scale our Wholesale channel, expanding our reach through high-performing broker and loan officer partnerships nationwide. You will be responsible for driving production, developing team members, strengthening broker relationships, and creating scalable processes that support long-term growth. This role sits at the intersection of sales leadership, relationship management, operations, and strategy. You will oversee a team of Account Executives while acting as a key partner to Production, Underwriting, Closing, Legal, and Finance to ensure a seamless broker and homeowner experience from onboarding through funding. You will play a critical role in helping establish Splitero as the leading Home Equity Investment platform in the wholesale channel.
