Manager of Strategy & Corporate Development

Life360
•$115,500 - $171,500•Remote

About The Position

Life360 is hiring a corporate development and strategy practitioner to shape its next stage of growth, including international expansion, new business adjacencies, acquisitions, and investments. The role works on a deliberately lean Corporate Development & Strategy team, directly with the VP of Corporate Development and alongside senior leaders. It leads analysis from framing through recommendation, builds models, and supports the work through live acquisitions and investments. It also builds AI agents to help the team identify and track potential targets and conduct repeatable target analysis. In the first year, the person will lead two strategic analyses through recommendations intended to earn executive support, identify and recommend one international and one adjacent acquisition candidate, and catalyze the creation of the team’s first agents. The role will also own key analytical workstreams on acquisitions and strategic investments, including market sizing, operating and valuation models, and diligence analysis, in partnership with finance, legal, and product. The position is remote-first and can be performed remotely within the US. The US-based salary range is $115,500 to $171,500, with final base pay determined in part by background, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic tier. Total compensation includes RSUs and a benefits package.
