The opportunity Route is looking for a strategic and analytical Manager of Revenue Compensation to help design and scale compensation programs that support high-performing teams and drive business growth. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Executive Leadership, Finance, Revenue Operations, HR, and business leaders to develop competitive, performance-driven compensation programs aligned to Route’s growth strategy. You’ll lead initiatives across variable compensation design, incentive modeling, benchmarking, compensation analytics, and process optimization while helping ensure programs remain scalable and operationally effective in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
