Reporting to the Director, Sales Compensation – Canada Retail & Canada Wealth, the Manager, Sales Compensation will join a highly engaged Finance team providing strategic and operational support to Sales & Distribution through the design, administration, and governance of compensation programs. This role requires a strong understanding of distribution strategy to ensure incentive and rewards programs are aligned to business objectives. You will partner closely with Distribution, Human Resources, Sales Compensation Governance, and Finance, while continuing to build capabilities in business acumen, transformation, process improvement, relationship management, and agile delivery.
