Manager of Sales Analytics and Strategy

The Sales Analytics Manager at Beyond Finance will be responsible for conducting and overseeing analyses to optimize sales effectiveness and understand its impact on marketing performance, client retention, and lifetime customer value. Reporting to the SVP of Sales and Marketing Analytics, the Manager will collaborate with various teams to deliver actionable insights that contribute to meeting company goals. The ideal candidate will have strong data skills and be able to effectively communicate results and recommendations to the leadership team. This role requires a results-driven, strategic thinker who can thrive in a dynamic, rapid-growth environment.

• Conduct insightful analyses on major sales initiatives, operational trends, challenges, and opportunities; recommend and implement solutions that drive operational improvements
• Build and maintain automated reporting and dashboards to track key metrics and proactively address problems and opportunities
• Work closely with the product and operations teams in defining tests and experimental design
• Exercise flexibility in working on multiple projects concurrently in this fast-paced FinTech/start-up environment

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in math, economics, engineering, finance, or other analytical field
• 3-7 years professional experience in sales, marketing, product, or business analytics
• Best-in-class data and analytical skills including SQL, Excel, dataset manipulation, and data visualization
• Ability to conduct insightful analyses on major sales initiatives, operational trends, challenges, and opportunities
• Experience in recommending and implementing solutions that drive operational improvements
• Proficiency in building and maintaining automated reporting and dashboards to track key metrics
• Collaboration with product and operations teams in defining tests and experimental design
• Flexibility in working on multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced FinTech/start-up environment
• Strong communication skills to effectively communicate results and present recommendations to the leadership team
• Hands-on experience in diving deep into data for specific analyses while staying focused on high-level strategy and objectives.
