About The Position

Responsible to develop and manage daily operations of the Prisoner Re-Entry Outsourcing and Fulfillment Center. Supervises, coordinates, analyzes and adjusts the workload among staff as necessary to meet requirements of customers. Selects, trains, motivates and retains new employees at the facility. Prepares and submits all required documentation for billing, revenue, monthly records and reports. Performs constant and professional customer service to all customers. Oversees intakes, individualized serviced plans, written reports, staffings, and case file management. Performs case record review process in support of appropriate service delivery. Communicates verbally with employees, families, and referral agencies as directed. Assists with the coordination of compliance with all governing bodies, including federal, state, county and CARF regulations. Provides for safe operation in program facilities. Acts as positive role model for staff, employees, and customers in all aspects of professional performance. Follows all company policies and safety procedures. Regular attendance and punctuality is required. Other non-essential duties as assigned. All duties are considered to be essential, unless otherwise indicated.

Requirements

  • Management experience in operations.
  • Experience in prisoner re-entry or related field.
  • Ability to supervise, coordinate, analyze, and adjust staff workload.
  • Skills in selecting, training, motivating, and retaining employees.
  • Proficiency in preparing and submitting documentation for billing, revenue, records, and reports.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Experience overseeing intakes, service plans, reports, staffings, and case file management.
  • Ability to perform case record reviews.
  • Effective verbal communication skills.
