About The Position

The Manager of Operations is the operational backbone of J2 Integrity Solutions, responsible for turning strategy into scalable, repeatable execution across our healthcare consulting, staffing, and technology-enabled services. This role serves as the connective point between executive leadership, employees, contractors, clients, and the systems that support them. This leader will design and document business processes, coordinate client implementations, manage recruiting and onboarding operations, administer core business systems, and provide leadership with clear visibility into priorities, performance, risks, and next steps. The role requires strong project management discipline, sound judgment, and the ability to bring calm, clarity, and follow-through to complex priorities in a fast-paced, growing environment. In addition to day-to-day operations, this position plays a key role in building the infrastructure, playbooks, and accountability structures that allow J2 to scale without losing its people-first culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in operations, program or project management, healthcare administration, consulting operations, or business management.
  • Demonstrated experience building, documenting, and improving business processes in a growing or evolving organization.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, deadlines, and shifting priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Forms.
  • Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking, timekeeping, project management, CRM, billing, or workflow automation platforms.
  • Ability to build dashboards, trackers, operational reports, and KPI or scorecard frameworks.
  • Exceptional organization, follow-through, and project management discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-ready updates and action plans.
  • Proactive, self-directed, and able to anticipate operational needs before they become issues.
  • Detail-oriented without losing sight of strategic priorities and business outcomes.
  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential employee, client, and business information.
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Adaptable and comfortable creating structure in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), CAPM, Lean/Six Sigma, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • RHIA, RHIT, revenue cycle, or coding certification preferred.
  • Healthcare, HIM, coding, CDI, revenue cycle, revenue integrity, staffing, or professional services experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design, document, and continuously improve scalable business processes, SOPs, playbooks, workflows, checklists, and templates across J2.
  • Build repeatable delivery frameworks for J2 service lines, including coding, auditing, revenue integrity, CDI, education, consulting, staffing, and provider support engagements.
  • Coordinate new client implementations from contract execution through kickoff, launch, stabilization, and transition to ongoing delivery.
  • Facilitate project kickoffs, readiness reviews, and internal alignment meetings; track scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, deliverables, owners, and deadlines.
  • Maintain accountability across the organization by following up on action items and clarifying ownership, timelines, handoffs, and escalation paths.
  • Manage recruiting operations, including applicant tracking, candidate communication, interview coordination, initial screenings, and staffing pipeline visibility.
  • Coordinate consistent onboarding for employees, consultants, and contractors, including documentation, system access, equipment, training, and role readiness.
  • Support consultant and client enablement by coordinating credentialing, background documentation, implementation checklists, resources, and launch communication.
  • Administer and optimize workflows across Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, time tracking, HRIS, project management, CRM, recruiting, and document management platforms.
  • Identify practical automation and AI-enabled workflow opportunities that improve efficiency while protecting confidential client, employee, and business information.
  • Coordinate invoicing readiness, project financial milestones, statement of work tracking, contract administration, and reconciliation processes.
  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards, KPIs, and leadership reporting related to staffing, capacity, utilization, project delivery, revenue milestones, and operational risk.
  • Translate leadership priorities into clear action plans, operational roadmaps, implementation timelines, and measurable deliverables.
  • Maintain secure, organized personnel, credentialing, contract, and project records in accordance with company practices and applicable requirements.
