About The Position

The Manager Clinical Education provides strategic leadership for clinical education programs that support workforce development, regulatory readiness, and evidence-based practice across the organization. The role ensures educational initiatives align with organizational goals, quality outcomes, and professional practice standards while fostering continuous learning and clinical excellence. The position is accountable for education planning, program effectiveness, and educator performance. Through collaboration with operational and clinical leaders, the role strengthens employee competency, engagement, and patient care outcomes. This is a full-time, day-shift position in Westwood, New Jersey, at Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center, a 128-bed, full-service acute-care community hospital.

Requirements

Master's degree in Nursing, Education, Healthcare Administration, or a related healthcare field.
At least 5 years of acute-care clinical experience.
At least 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Current Registered Nurse license in the applicable state of practice.
BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and before providing direct patient care.

Nice To Haves

Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree.
Nursing Professional Development Certification.
Advanced Life Support certification.
