About The Position

Lincoln Tech is seeking a Nursing Clinical Manager in Education to join the school's nursing management team and coordinate the clinical component of its nursing program. The role focuses on accomplishing program objectives and supporting the organization's mission while upholding high standards of quality, ethics, and integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• At least 3 years of experience in clinical education.
• Current Connecticut State RN License.

Nice To Haves

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).

Responsibilities

• Ensure school operations comply with government, accreditation, and company policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinical sites.
• Conduct clinical site visits, observations, and surveys, and review the results with relevant parties.
• Assist with faculty recruitment, orientation, professional development, and evaluation.
• Ensure instructors are present and make provisions for clinical faculty absences.
• Schedule faculty and students for all clinical experiences.
• Manage and ensure satisfactory student progress through clinical rotations and the skills lab process.
