This manager leads a team responsible for fundraising business readiness at Compassion International through the development and delivery of learning solutions, training resources (e.g., videos, job aids, procedures), and quality measures that ensure standardized work across operations. The team supports OCMO, GPE, CVG, and select Covenant Partner fundraising needs by providing training and documentation across key areas, including Relationship Management (Church, Influencer, Donor), Business Support Specialists, Trip Leading, marketing operations for mass supporter segments, call center operations, and processing teams. Support includes onboarding, upskilling, Salesforce CRM and fundraising training, field experience preparation, and readiness for new projects, processes, and products. This leader ensures teams are prepared to adopt, execute, and sustain operational changes, serving as a bridge between strategy, process improvement, technology implementation, and frontline execution. This role reports to the Director of Operational Excellence. The Manager oversees readiness strategy, knowledge management, standard work, and sustainment to ensure successful implementation and lasting performance improvements. They lead a team focused on operational readiness, documentation governance, performance enablement, and continuous improvement across fundraising and support functions.
