About The Position
The Manager of IT Data Services leads the IT Data Services team, overseeing Database Administrators (DBAs), Data Move specialists, and experts in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes. The role is primarily responsible for deploying and efficiently managing data-related services, ensuring seamless integration and effective functioning of databases across diverse platforms. The manager leads initiatives to improve data reliability, accessibility, and security; oversees database administration, data movement, and EDI/ETL activities; and collaborates with cross-functional IT teams on data-related efforts. The position also plans, prioritizes, and resources IT Data Services projects, serves as a key escalation point for data-related issues, oversees departmental budget considerations with the leadership team, and contributes to project planning and execution. This remote position is based at the Woodland Prime 400 facility in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. It is listed as FTE 1.0, with 40 standard hours on Shift 1.
Requirements
- Five years of relevant IT experience.
- Three or more years in a formal or informal leadership position.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant technology field, or equivalent acquired through a combination of education and experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong understanding of business process design.
- Strong capabilities in project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of change management.
- Ability to uncover facts and use that information to solve issues effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
- Ability to prioritize, delegate, and execute in high-pressure situations.

- Formal leadership experience.
- Familiarity with data management systems and tools, with expertise in database administration, EDI, and ETL processes.
- Previous experience implementing and optimizing data-related solutions.
