About The Position
The Manager of Data and Analytics Engineering oversees data and analytical solution architecture in support of the healthcare organization’s goals. This role designs, implements, and manages data and analytics architecture and engineering processes to enable data-driven decision-making and advanced analytics. The manager leads a team of data and analytics engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching to support high-quality work and professional growth. The position is remote, based at the Woodland Prime 400 facility in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, with a standard schedule of 40 hours per week on Shift 1.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 or more years in a formal or informal leadership position.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, data engineering, information systems, software engineering, or a related field, or a combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of data mesh principles is preferred.

- Experience architecting, implementing, and managing a cloud-based data and analytics platform.
- Experience with the Epic System (EMR) data and analytics platform.
