The IT Manager - Technical Services - is a highly engaged senior level hands-on technical position providing direct strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of the IT Infrastructure team. The IT Manager is responsible to establish a high-performing technical team, maintain 24/7 operational readiness and support, and advance standardized engineering practices in partnership with application, enterprise data, and cybersecurity teams. This role is accountable for the availability, performance, capacity, lifecycle, automation, and resilience of enterprise infrastructure services supporting clinical and business operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Five to seven years of progressive infrastructure, cloud, or DevOps experience.
Three years leading technical teams.

Nice To Haves

Healthcare or IT field preferred education.
Cloud & on-premises infrastructure, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma White Belt, DevOps, virtualization, networking, or comparable infrastructure certification.
Healthcare (preferred) or other regulated-industry experience supporting highly available, 24/7 technology services.
Working knowledge of HIPAA, HITRUST, and technology controls applicable to healthcare environments.
