About The Position

Inventory accuracy is critical to delivering a great experience for our customers and running a healthy business. As the Manager of Inventory Integrity, you’ll own the processes, systems, and partnerships that keep inventory accurate across our omni-channel business. You’ll work across Finance, Merchandising, Store Operations, Supply Chain, Digital, and IT to identify issues, dig into root causes, improve processes, and implement solutions that make our business more efficient. This is a hands-on role that balances strategic thinking with rolling up your sleeves to solve problems and improve the way we work. You’ll spend as much time solving problems and improving processes as you will planning for what’s next. You’ll lead a small team while influencing partners across the organization to improve inventory accuracy, reduce risk, and support exceptional customer and employee experiences.

  • Strong understanding of inventory management, inventory controls, and retail or distribution operations.
  • Curious, resourceful, and motivated to solve problems and continuously improve the way work gets done.
  • Advanced proficiency with ERP, POS, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Experience creating reports, interpreting data, and presenting insights that support informed business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Inventory Integrity team by setting clear expectations, providing coaching, and creating opportunities for growth.
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Support change by communicating clearly, removing obstacles, and helping the team adapt successfully.
  • Develop and execute the inventory integrity strategy in alignment with Supply Chain and company objectives.
  • Establish department goals, performance measures, and priorities that support business results.
  • Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities to improve operational performance and support a better customer experience.
  • Bring the right people together to solve inventory challenges, improve processes, and keep inventory flowing accurately across the business.
  • Balance day-to-day business needs with long-term improvements that strengthen inventory accuracy and support future growth.
  • Own inventory integrity across the business by creating scalable processes and controls that support accurate inventory from receipt through final disposition.
  • Partner across the business to solve inventory issues, implement practical solutions, and improve the way inventory moves through the organization.
  • Use data and reporting to identify trends, measure performance, and recommend improvements.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for inventory systems and processes, ensuring ERP, POS, and WMS data remains accurate and reliable.
  • Lead inventory investigations and implement corrective actions that prevent recurring issues.
  • Continuously look for better ways to work by simplifying processes, improving controls, and challenging the status quo.
  • Partner with the CSCO and business leaders on inventory initiatives that support company goals.
