About The Position

The Manager of Inside Sales is responsible for leading and developing the Inside Sales team while driving revenue growth, customer engagement, CRM excellence, and sales process effectiveness. This role serves as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service teams to support business objectives, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships. The Manager of Inside Sales oversees daily team operations, sales performance, lead generation, CRM optimization, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives that support scalable growth and exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 8+ years of direct sales experience.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales performance reporting required.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and develop new business opportunities.
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience negotiating contracts and managing customer relationships.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, sound judgment, and strong business acumen.
  • Positive, collaborative, and customer-focused approach.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of leadership or team management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop Inside Sales Representatives while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive new business development, increase market share, and support organizational growth objectives.
  • Serve as the CRM subject matter expert, supporting both Inside and Outside Sales teams through system administration, training, reporting, and process optimization.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities for growth, retention, and expanded business partnerships, with a defined sales goal.
  • Seek out and oversee lead qualification, opportunity management, forecasting, and sales activity tracking to support accurate business planning and revenue growth.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity while providing recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain sales performance metrics, dashboards, forecasts, and activity reporting to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and leadership teams to ensure alignment, customer satisfaction, and successful execution of business objectives.
