About The Position
WPM Real Estate Management is seeking a hands-on Manager of Information Technology Operations to lead IT operations, infrastructure, service delivery, vendor management, and end-user support across multiple business entities. This role reports directly to the CIO and will play a key role in scaling technology operations and supporting business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or technology services.
- Leadership experience managing IT operations and support teams.
- Experience overseeing service desks and supporting distributed locations.
- Experience managing vendor and managed service provider relationships.
- Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative leadership style with a commitment to customer service and employee experience.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Nice To Haves
- Microsoft certifications (Azure, Microsoft 365, Azure Solutions) are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure, systems, and service delivery.
- Manage help desk, service desk, and application support teams across multiple business lines.
- Establish and improve processes for user support requests, ticket tracking, and service-level performance.
- Oversee relationships with managed service providers and technology vendors, ensuring accountability and service excellence.
- Maintain technology inventories, licensing, and renewal schedules.
- Develop operational reports and performance metrics for executive leadership.
- Partner with IT leadership and cybersecurity teams on security operations, incident response support, and implementation of cybersecurity initiatives.
- Lead change, release, and deployment activities for enterprise technology initiatives.
- Create and maintain documentation to improve knowledge sharing and reduce operational risk.
- Support strategic technology planning and business growth initiatives.
