About The Position

Homecare Homebase is searching for a Manager of Implementation who will help lead a team of trainers/consultants towards success. This leader will aid in our efforts to create a culture of excellence, accountability, and proven outcomes. This person will play a critical role in ensuring growth and development of our team members, as well as meet the implementation expectations of our clients who purchase the best-in-class EMR solution, Homecare Homebase. At Homecare Homebase, we help home health and hospice organizations across the nation overcome the business and technological challenges that stand in the way of patient care and efficiency. As a Manager of Implementation, you will be responsible for developing and leading a group of trainers/consultants through projects for multi-site locations across the United States. Homecare Homebase’s mission is to empower exceptional care for all the clients we serve. The Manager of Implementation supports this mission by providing leadership for the department’s people, processes, and technologies as well as supporting our strategic company goals.

  • Leadership abilities that will support the successful management, growth, and development of assigned direct reports within the implementation team.
  • A commitment to developing and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Experience in driving employee engagement and creating a positive team culture.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, project leaders, and internal departments.
  • A strategic mindset to streamline implementation processes, focusing on employee productivity and quality improvement.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities and projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Expertise in implementing best practices for Discovery, Design, Build, Test, Deploy, and Adoption phases.
  • Execution on all business initiatives and goals for the implementation team.
  • The ability to travel up to 50% to develop client relationships and conduct employee reviews.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience leading a team
  • Current driver’s license and ability to rent a vehicle
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems

  • Medical/healthcare experience is a plus
