The Manager of Health Information Management Operations is directly responsible for the daily operations of the Health Information Department in keeping with policies and procedures, professional standards, and hospital rules and regulations. Provides direction to HIM operations supervisors and team leaders to achieve and maintain workflow efficiency and optimal productivity. Serves as an essential member of Health Information Management leadership, contributing to Brown University Health’s organizational strategy and care values. Acts as the first point of contact for administrative, medical staff, and regulatory issues.
