SAIC is seeking a Program Management Team Manager for our North Charleston, SC customer site. This role involves the successful delivery of a program to a customer, or managing the performance of a task or project as part of a larger program under the direction of another PM. The manager will oversee and integrate activities according to contract requirements, ensuring technical, schedule, cost, and financial performance. Key responsibilities include defining or contributing to the program baseline, executing the program to meet baseline requirements, managing risks, customer relationships, and program staffing. The role also requires ensuring compliance with quality standards and escalating challenges to SAIC leadership. Additionally, support for business development and program staff management is expected.
