About The Position

Interim HealthCare of the Black Hills is seeking a Manager of Clinical Services (RN) who is passionate about people and patient care. This leadership role involves shaping the future of their skilled Home Health and Personal Care & Support Services programs. The Manager will work closely with the Director of Healthcare Services to lead daily clinical operations, support field staff, and ensure high-quality patient care. The position is full-time and located in Rapid City, South Dakota.

Requirements

  • A licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in South Dakota.
  • Experienced in Home Health clinical practice.
  • A confident and approachable leader who enjoys coaching and developing others.

Responsibilities

  • Leading, mentoring, and supporting nurses, therapists, aides, and caregivers.
  • Creating a positive, collaborative culture where employees feel valued and supported.
  • Overseeing daily operations for both skilled Home Health and Personal Care & Support Services.
  • Ensuring patients receive timely, high-quality, person-centered care.
  • Monitoring clinical documentation, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Conducting chart audits and coaching staff to promote excellence.
  • Partnering with scheduling and operations to ensure efficient staffing and patient coverage.
  • Supporting new employee orientation, education, and ongoing clinical development.
  • Helping solve challenges before they become problems while always keeping patients and employees at the center of every decision.
  • Collaborating with physicians, referral partners, families, and interdisciplinary team members to provide seamless care.
