At Interim HealthCare of the Black Hills, we're looking for a Manager of Clinical Services who is passionate about people as much as they are about patient care. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) who wants to help shape the future of both our skilled Home Health and Personal Care & Support Services programs while making a lasting impact on our patients, families, and employees. You'll work closely with our Director of Healthcare Services to lead day-to-day clinical operations, support our amazing field staff, and ensure every patient receives the compassionate, high-quality care they deserve.

Requirements

  • A licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in South Dakota.
  • Experienced in Home Health clinical practice.
  • A confident and approachable leader who enjoys coaching and developing others.
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to balance multiple priorities.
  • One that is hungry for achievement
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Committed to continuous improvement and quality outcomes.
  • A strong communicator who builds trust with patients, families, referral partners, and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Leading, mentoring, and supporting nurses, therapists, aides, and caregivers.
  • Creating a positive, collaborative culture where employees feel valued and supported.
  • Overseeing daily operations for both skilled Home Health and Personal Care & Support Services.
  • Ensuring patients receive timely, high-quality, person-centered care.
  • Monitoring clinical documentation, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Conducting chart audits and coaching staff to promote excellence.
  • Partnering with scheduling and operations to ensure efficient staffing and patient coverage.
  • Supporting new employee orientation, education, and ongoing clinical development.
  • Helping solve challenges before they become problems while always keeping patients and employees at the center of every decision.
  • Collaborating with physicians, referral partners, families, and interdisciplinary team members to provide seamless care.
