About The Position

The Manager of Client Training defines, delivers, and continuously improves the client training strategy to support onboarding, adoption, and long‑term success. This role leads the Training team and ensures scalable, high‑quality learning programs aligned with business goals, client needs, and SaaS best practices. The Manager partners cross‑functionally with Client Success, Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive engagement, satisfaction, and retention through impactful learning initiatives. This role oversees LMS strategy and optimization, curriculum design, and the introduction of innovative learning approaches such as blended learning, microlearning, and virtual training. Using data and feedback, the Manager measures program effectiveness, establishes KPIs and OKRs, and drives continuous improvement. The position also includes team leadership, resource planning, vendor management, and budget input.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of training management and curriculum design experience (SaaS preferred)
  • Strong client‑facing, leadership, and communication skills
  • Experience with LMS platforms, modern learning methodologies, and data‑driven improvement
  • Ability to translate business objectives into effective learning solutions
