Client Training Specialist

About The Position
As a Client Training Specialist, you'll play a key role in empowering our clients worldwide to get the most out of our proprietary systems. You'll deliver engaging, effective training across multiple formats and settings from in-person classroom sessions and on-site client visits to webinars, remote sessions, and blended eLearning experiences. Beyond delivery, you'll contribute to the continuous improvement of our training programs and serve as a trusted resource for both external clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in adult training in a technical classroom environment
- Must be US Citizen
- University degree in a relevant technical field
- Experience in computer hardware and software installation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively
- Ability to take on a leadership role and act as a coach
- Train in English and Spanish
- Ability to travel approximately 22 weeks per year within the US and internationally
- Availability to work irregular hours and weekends as needed
- Work independently with minimal supervision
Nice To Haves
- Portuguese and / or French a plus
- Knowledge and/or experience in forensic science and/or firearms is an asset
Responsibilities
- Deliver training on our proprietary systems in classroom settings and/or at client sites
- Administer post-training assessments to ensure student learning has met course objectives
- Schedule and deliver coaching sessions and webinars on specific topics
- Deliver remote training sessions using appropriate platforms and tools
- Apply new technologies to deliver courses and improve the learning experience, including distance learning, interactive eLearning, and blended training approaches
- Apply the principles of adult learning in all training delivery
- Participate in courseware and training tool conception, as required
- Deliver training on proprietary systems to internal customers, as required
- Maintain and continuously update personal skill set to stay current with system and product developments
