About The Position
Brown & Brown is hiring a strategic and hands-on Manager to lead its Business Systems & Automation team. This newly created role oversees two Salesforce Administrators, who also support broader technology initiatives using Microsoft tools such as Power BI and Power Automate. The Manager works with internal stakeholders to design and implement technology-driven processes that improve consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the organization. The role leads and develops the team, translates business needs into scalable solutions, and drives process improvement using Salesforce and Microsoft tools. It also supports strategic technology initiatives in collaboration with internal project and technology leaders, maintains systems and workflow documentation, and ensures data integrity, system security, and compliance with internal policies. The Manager monitors performance metrics and continually optimizes system usage and automation.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Salesforce and/or Microsoft-based business systems.
- Strong understanding of process design, automation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience leading technical teams and cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI and Power Automate.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with AI adoption strategies.
- Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Salesforce Administrators, aligning their work with business goals and supporting their professional development.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
- Drive process improvement initiatives using Salesforce and Microsoft tools, including Power BI and Power Automate.
- Collaborate with the Internal Project Manager, Solutions Delivery Manager, and AI Strategy & Adoption Manager to support strategic technology initiative rollouts.
- Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and workflows.
- Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with internal policies.
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize system usage and automation.
