About The Position

The Marketing Manager will play a key role supporting the brand, lead gen, and product marketing efforts for the North American Dealer Network. This includes marketing support for residential, commercial & industrial, and commercial drinking water. The role has a heavy focus working with dealers to drive continued revenue growth through impactful and effective marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience.
  • A “reasonable” proficiency utilizing AI to streamline and automate tasks and drive efficiency.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience working in advertising/marketing either on the agency or client-side, ideally with experience working with franchisee or dealer models.
  • 20% travel

Responsibilities

  • Play active role supporting creation and management of the annual consumer promotions calendar.
  • Actively participate in new product launches and related go-to market strategies to drive new product adoption by dealers as well as to generate end-consumer demand.
  • Strong knowledge of the co-op management and reimbursement process and ability to effectively resolve any questions or issues.
  • Serve as the corporate liaison for the annual dealer conference, working closely with the Culligan dealer association management company.
  • Partner with organic social team to identify local (dealer network) content creation opportunities (events, state fairs, large home shows, COE brand activations).
  • Serve as a corporate sponsor and active participant on the Culligan Cares Committee.
  • Work closely with visual design team on briefs for new production requests.
  • Effectively brief key outside agency and design partners supporting the NA dealer business.
  • Attend co-op and local marketing meetings to ensure alignment with national campaign efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with local dealers to drive adoption and proper activation of the brand’s visual identity across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Actively participate on marketing sub-committee conference calls and in-person meetings.
  • Interface with franchise field sales and service staff regarding dealer questions and requests.
  • Support implementation of various AI tools for local dealer use.
  • Assist with and drive meaningful improvement in localization and optimization of Culligan.com dealer pages.
  • Effectively collaborate with broader marketing team including Global Marketing COE to ensure strong alignment across all channels.
