The Manager, Marketing Operations plays a key role within our DTC marketing team, to oversee the efficient execution of marketing initiatives and ensure seamless alignment between marketing strategies and operational processes. They will have a strong understanding of marketing technologies, data management, and process optimization, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence. This role requires an organized, strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to oversee the creative process, track campaign performance, manage budgets, and support overall marketing operations. The role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Samsung and key stakeholders within the DTC organization including Sales and Site Merchandising, to deliver impactful campaigns and scalable marketing solutions that elevate our brand and drive commercial success.
