About The Position

You are a results-driven marketing operator who thrives on turning strategy into execution. As an Operations Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for operationalizing and scaling partner and growth marketing initiatives that drive measurable revenue and ROI for Jostens. You will serves as the execution engine between Partnerships, Marketing, Product, and Technology—translating strategy into launched programs, optimized campaigns, and repeatable operating models that accelerate new business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, partner marketing, growth marketing, or revenue-focused roles.
  • Proven ability to operationalize programs from concept through launch and continuous optimization.
  • Strong ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable decisions. Comfort working with dashboards, experimentation frameworks, and performance reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple teams.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving execution, ownership, and follow-through in fast-paced environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience supporting or launching marketplace integrations or monetization platforms.
  • Experience working in education, consumer brands, or other high trust data environments.
  • Preferred familiarity with email marketing, post purchase marketing, affiliate, or partner-driven revenue models.

Responsibilities

  • Execute partner marketing programs. Own end-to-end execution across channels including email, post-purchase, marketplace, and performance-based initiatives.
  • Drive performance through analytics. Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and test-and-learn strategies to improve conversion, yield, and ROI.
  • Identify growth opportunities. Surface upsell, expansion, and optimization opportunities within existing partner programs.
  • Support new business launches. Help bring new initiatives to market, including marketplace integrations and emerging monetization models.
  • Enable technical execution. Partner with Product and Technology teams to operationalize integrations that support marketing activation and revenue capture.
  • Lead go-to-market readiness. Develop launch plans, checklists, and post-launch optimization strategies for new offerings.
  • Connect cross-functional teams. Act as the central point of coordination across Partnerships, Marketing, Analytics, Legal, Product, and external partners.
